- Performs other related duties as may be assigned either in support of departmental goal or for his personal or professional training, education or development as programmed by his immediate superior.
- Negotiation with clients within his authorities and/or in consultation with the managers.
- Ensures compliance to the Group and national policies
- Operating to the highest standards of ethics, in accordance with the SGS Code of Integrity.
- Correspondence with clients, as well as branches on work issues.
- Prepare/translate reports, submit for approval and supervise timely adjustments.
- Accurate work in the required systems
- Providing information support to clients (distributing information about upcoming trainings).
- Coordinating requests from clients.
- Track payments and receivables.
- Maintaining and maintaining the department database.
- Organization of trainings (preparation of necessary training materials and documentation)
- Organization of logistics (visa support, tickets, hotel reservations, etc.) for audits and trainings of the KN department.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Advanced PC user;
- High level of responsibility, communication, efficiency in solving the problems.
- Ability to work in multi-tasking mode.
- Knowledge of Azerbaijani and English ( fluent )
