Network Specialist VoIP
General Information:
VoIP network engineers are responsible for installing, configuring, and managing Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) systems within companies. Their job is to define and deploy the companies' in-house IP telephone communication systems, including their software architecture and hardware components.
Network specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a VoIP network engineer.
- In-depth knowledge of VoIP systems and IP Protocols.
- Knowledge of hardware systems including servers, memory modules, processors, and peripherals.
- Detailed knowledge of network security systems and software.
- Good project management skills.
- Familiarity with WAN and LAN systems.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
Network specialist Responsibilities:
- Analyzing existing VoIP networks and computer systems.
- Developing architecture plans for voice and data services.
- Troubleshooting VoIP network issues.
- Analyzing and upgrading network security systems and protocols.
- Installation, administration, operation, trouble diagnosis and maintenance of VoIP, unified communications and call center equipment for major relocation actions.
- Ensuring the development of documentation, including appropriate policies and procedures for all aspects of VoIP network.
- Adding network users and managing company permissions.
- Optimizing network installations for future expansion.
- Training staff on network and system protocols.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Terms and Conditions:
- Location close to the city center;
- 5/7 working days;
- 09.00 a.m.- 06.00 p.m. working hours (including 1 hour for lunch);
- Fixed salary.
