Associate Specialist, Materials (Junior Inventory Specialist)

Work Location: Baku

Responsibilities:

• Assist with stock counts, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Support warehouse and purchasing teams with stock transfers/ordering
• Ensure compliance with company policies and inventory procedures
• Prepare basic Inventory reports.
• Track shortages, overstock, or damaged goods.
• Assist in preparing documents for Audits or Inspections.

Requirements:

• Advanced Excel knowledge.
• English Intermediate as minimum
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
