Training and Development Administrator
Key Responsibilities:
- To arrange the requested trainings by liaising with Training and Development Team Leader and Senior Training Instructor
- To update internal training data base for identification of expired certificates and arrangement of refresher trainings.
- To include names of employees to data base after getting training attendance sheet from instructors
- To issue the certificates after completing the training course
- To make sure all employee with missing trainings to be involved to courses and to coordinate with Senior Training Instructor for scheduling the trainings.
- Coordination of all training arrangements for SOCAR CAPE employees
- Maintaining and updating a Training Data Base for all employees
- Maintaining and updating training documentation and Certification for all employees
- Ensuring all training Certificates remain in-date and current
- Issuing a monthly Training report
- Compiling and issuing Joining Instructions for all relevant Training Courses
- Coordination of training arrangements with Training and Development team leader
- Ensure appropriate application of trainings to meet individual, departmental and Project requirements.
- Sending TRF (Training request forms) to Senior training instructor for approval and scheduling of requested courses
- Promptly to respond and assist company Site Team Leaders, Sit Coordinators and Managers to meet employees’ training needs and certifications.
- Timely to report to Training and Development Team Leader about issues related with courses arrangement problems and other problems which may damage timely provision of employees with the required trainings and certificates.
- Preparation of employee’s timesheets for reimbursable trainings.
Requirements:
- GHS training
- Knowledge of English language
- Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
