Monitor the most efficient operation of these applications and make necessary adjustments. Designing soft sensors, logics, screens in DCS and automation systems and updating them according to the needs. Designing, installing, and developing "Product Pool Optimization", "Real-time Optimization" and "Dynamic Optimization" (Pool Optimization, RTO, DO) applications for the most efficient operation.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate the benefits and profitability of APC and Automation projects and report regularly.
- Identify and implement efficient and reliable basic level control strategies. Support the relevant teams by determining control strategy in engineering studies.
- Monitor basic level control performance and making improvements. Establish basic level control monitoring software and manage its lifecycle.
- Collaborate with the relevant units to create flow compensation tags to be used in reports such as Product Account and Data Reconciliation (PAR), mass balances and refinery shift report in DCS and ensuring that the tags are created in DCS.
- Provide system support for operator training simulation (OTS). Ensure that the dynamic model and control systems are up to date and the system is available.
- Determine alarm management strategies. Support alarm management activities and manage the life cycles of alarm KPI Reporting software.
