Quality Assurance Specialist

Summary
Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for establishing, maintenance and continuous improvement of management systems in organization.
Responsibilities:

• Perform actions to establish an overall integrated management system (IMS) for long-term perspective in SOCAR Downstream through integrating various management systems relevant to industry respectively;
• Perform activities for execution of actions for implementation of specific soft tools in order to automatize processes and effectively digitalize documentation relevant to IMS;
• Follow-up activities related arrangement and outputs of meetings for conduction of Management Reviews in order to review suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of IMS by Top Management;
• Conduct internal audits, be involved in internal audit teams, lead audit teams- if competent as per procedural requirements, prepare audit plans and reports in order to determine conformity to relevant standards, effective implementation and maintenance of IMS;
• Communicate audit findings to related personnel, follow-up actions;
• Conduct sessions to ensure quality awareness within the organization and communicate to relevant department staff;
• Implement programs for building a quality culture in the organization;
• Ensure that the documented information related to IMS is adequately reviewed and returned to owner.

Requirements:

• 2 years relevant experience in Quality Assurance;
• Bachelor’s degree (master’s degree preferred);
• ISO 9001:2015 Internal auditor certificate;
• Professional awareness on ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 standards;
• Communication skills in English.
