Corporate Finance Analyst
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in evaluating the efficiency of investments throughout operational cycles, providing insights into the analysis.
- Identify initial and ongoing financial requirements based on the business entity's financial plan and budget, offering assistance in thorough assessment.
- Provide strategies for obtaining funds to ensure the financial sustainability of the business entity, supporting the development and implementation of such strategies.
- Develop comprehensive cash flow forecasts aligned with the business plan and legal requirements, supported by analysis where necessary.
- Assist in validating project models from a financial perspective and aligning them with corporate-level models.
- Identify and assess significant changes in forecasted cash flow requirements, offering support in identifying potential impacts.
- Support monitoring cash budgets to ensure efficient fund utilization while maintaining adequate liquidity, aiding in proactive fund management.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating the impact of financial decisions on the entity's activities and results, providing insights into performance evaluation.
- Support in assessing recommendations considering their effects on the entity's vision and goals, providing valuable analysis of proposed strategies.
- Offer assistance in identifying and monitoring external factors affecting the entity's budget and finances, aiding in proactive risk management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (in finance, accounting, business administration, economics, or any related major).
- Minimum 2-3 years of practical experience.
- Candidates should possess knowledge in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, along with a strong grasp of capital budgeting, risk management, and cost of capital.
- Financial modeling and financial data analysis skills.
- Knowledge of investments, corporate banking, and financial/debt instruments.
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Working knowledge of the organization's applicable financial practices and procedures.
- CFA/ACCA/FMVA or any related designations are highly preferred.
