Position summary

  • This position is responsible for providing project control, project support and project coordination functions to ensure the ERP program successfully completes its mission for the organization. In this role, the ERP project coordinator performs various activities during each phase of the ERP implementation and is a pro-active team player, interacting with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders

Principal responsibilities

  • Coordinate the status of ERP and all other projects and follow up the actions to be delivered by various parties 
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating project-related meetings 
  • Coordinate and communicate with cross-functional teams, business users, vendors, and management
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support throughout the project lifecycle
  • Assisting in identifying basic project issues for timely resolution
  • Collaborate with teams to find solutions and implement corrective actions
  • Support in submission of monthly statistical reports to management
  • Support with organizing and coordinating project tasks on established plans and schedules 
  • Collect lessons learned and identify areas for improvement based on post-project evaluations
  • Creation of PRs and following the post-process
  • Other duties requested by Line Manager

Typical skill requirements

Experience:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT projects

Language skills:

  • Advanced knowledge of Azeri & English
  • Good knowledge of Russian is an advantage

Technical skills:

  • Multitasking ability and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Data analytical skills
  • Good analytical skills
  • Strong ability to create professional-level presentations

Equipment skills:

  • Good knowledge in MS Office Applications, including Project, MS Power Point, MS Visio and Excel
  • Knowledge of IT systems and software applications (LIMS, PBI, RPA, S&OP, MES, Access Control systems)

Training & education needed

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or applied sciences
  • Preference will be given to candidates with a PMP – Project Management Professional certification
