Senior Completion Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Bachelor or master degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Mining, Mechanical, Math/Physics/Engineering)
• Promotes teamwork to meet stretching personal and organizational objectives.
• Good written and verbal communication skills of English
• Knowledge of MS Office programs
• Working to strict schedules and deadlines
• 5 years of experience, field experience is preferred
• Software skills: Completion Engineering and relevant simulation software

Job duties:

• Provide leadership and Drilling &Work Over completion engineering oversight in the selection of the single preferred completion type.
• Wellhead design, and the associated detailed engineering that will be easily understood and actioned by the Engineering & Operation Team to deliver the agreed well objectives.
• Review drilling/workover completion programs for all wells of Offshore Fields to ensure they meet well proposal objectives.
• Preparing completion cost estimates and assessing risk in terms of probability and potential remedies.
• Develop and implement well-completion strategies, including casing and tubing programs, perforation techniques, and stimulation methods.
• Collaborate with reservoir engineers, drilling engineers, and geologists to design well completions that align with reservoir characteristics and production goals.
• Analyze well data, reservoir simulations, and production history to optimize well completion designs.
• Select and specify well-completion equipment, tools, and materials based on reservoir requirements and production objectives.
• Oversee well site operations, ensuring the safe and efficient execution of well-completion activities.
• Analyze wellbore integrity, pressure data, and production data to troubleshoot issues and recommend corrective actions
