Innovation coordinator
Job Description:
- Develop and execute corporate & community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and community involvement.
- Organize and host corporate events, both online and offline, to foster community engagement and build relationships.
- Monitor and respond to community feedback, both positive and negative, in a timely and professional manner.
- Support community members by answering questions and providing information and resources.
- Foster a positive and supportive community culture and help to resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Knowledge, experience, and skills required:
- 1-3 years of experience in Project management, events and Key account relations is preferable.
- University degree in Economics, Business, Management related fields. Others are also welcomed
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, Russian
- Understanding the concepts of startup and innovation ecosystem is needed and plus
- Project management, Time and organizational skill.
- Conflict resolution, Problem solving and interpersonal skills are highly appreciated.
