Innovation coordinator

Job Description:

  • Develop and execute corporate & community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and community involvement.
  • Organize and host corporate events, both online and offline, to foster community engagement and build relationships.
  • Monitor and respond to community feedback, both positive and negative, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support community members by answering questions and providing information and resources.
  • Foster a positive and supportive community culture and help to resolve any conflicts that may arise.

Knowledge, experience, and skills required:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Project management, events and Key account relations is preferable. 
  • University degree in Economics, Business, Management related fields. Others are also welcomed
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Azerbaijani and English, Russian
  • Understanding the concepts of startup and innovation ecosystem is needed and plus
  • Project management, Time and organizational skill. 
  • Conflict resolution, Problem solving and interpersonal skills are highly appreciated.
