Senior Business Consultant
As a Senior Consultant, you will work with our clients to transform their businesses by providing intuitive guidance, and often by supporting them in implementing TWC’s recommendations. A successful Senior Consultant has first and foremost a broad knowledge of the many aspects of the business. The ideal candidate will also possess great problem-solving skills to provide solutions and recommendations that will increase company value. As you gain experience on projects, you will be given end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of different parts of projects.
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and executing assigned business projects (strategy, feasibility studies, restructuring, investment plans) on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and performing an initial assessment of a current situation
- Collecting information about the client’s business to define the problem concisely and hypothesize the proposed solution
- Performing quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive the proposed solution
- Consolidate the findings from the analysis and present solutions to the client
- Supervise and train a team of Junior Consultants by assigning tasks and reviewing results to achieve project objectives
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or related field. Master/MBA is preferred
- 2-3 years of relevant experience is required (preferably in consulting/business advisory/financial services)
- Well-developed broad knowledge of different industries and business functional areas such as strategy, finance, marketing, and operations
- Strong consulting skills: business acumen, strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving, communicating complex ideas
- Sound work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and high motivation
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel)
- Fluency in English is required. Any other language would be considered as an asset.
Personality and Interpersonal Skills:
- Ability to structure and manage intensive workloads
- A good team player, dedicated to contributing toward the outcome desired by the team
- Leadership abilities to inspire and mentor junior analysts, foster teamwork, and drive collaboration among team members
- High degree of emotional intelligence to effectively deal with clients and the team
- Confidence and maturity to work with senior management levels
