How can you influence the company’s development?
- deep understanding of ride hailing and delivery business to build and develop business successfully
- product optimisation and customisation in line with market conditions
- set tactical plans and targets in line with business strategy
- lead B2B, Driver Care and Information Support Teams
- create, monitor and update reporting system of the teams in a timely manner
- ensure all documents are filed and monitor compliance with local regulations and laws
- identify opportunities and problems (with solution offerings) for the company
Half-a-year challenges:
- develop and implement an operational performance plan
- update the reporting system according to the market realities
- participate in partnership negotiations
- increase the number of partners according to the business model
- assess, optimize and improve processes within DC and IS and between those two teams
- launch B2B sales and achieve the goals according to the sales plan
- constantly look for ways to improve performance
To achieve the results, you need:
- bachelor degree in management, business administration
- 3+ years of management experience in a fast growing service business
- digital and technology mindset
- deep analytical background
- understanding of general finance
- expertise of establishing business relationship across different stakeholders
- advanced skills in excel, knowledge of Power BI/Tableau is advantage
- great negotiation and networking skills
- fluent in Azerbaijani and English
What are the terms of cooperation?
- 8-hour working day, from 09 to 18, office
- cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan
