What you’ll do:
- Build EVP from interviews, research, and real-life observations
- Craft messages, create guidelines, define tone and style
- Collaborate with designers, HR, and PR – as one team
- Manage content across channels: website, social media, Teams, LinkedIn
- Run special projects: blogs, videos, team stories
- Support hiring: campaigns, pages, job texts
- Create news hooks, launch ad campaigns, test hypotheses
- Track performance: ER, CTR, engagement, candidate eNPS
- Connect with universities, platforms, communities
- Represent the brand at fairs, competitions, rankings – with a human face
