Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and talented Learning and Development Head to lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of training programs that drive employee growth, align with organizational goals, and build a high-performance culture. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and an understanding of business needs to create a learning environment that supports both individual and organizational success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive learning strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead the design and delivery of talent development initiatives, leadership pipelines, and succession planning frameworks.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure smooth employee integration and engagement.
  • Manage the creation and optimization of digital learning content and platforms, ensuring relevance and accessibility.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align L&D programs with organizational priorities and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external training providers to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Evaluate and continuously improve training effectiveness using data-driven insights.
  • Support organizational change initiatives with tailored learning strategies.
  • Coordinate collaborative projects within the ecosystem, ensuring alignment and effective communication among stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about learning trends, tools, and emerging technologies to innovate training methods.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, or a related field. CFA, MBA, or equivalent is a plus.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in Learning & Development or related fields, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success in designing and executing L&D strategies for mid-to-large organizations.
  • Experience in managing talent development programs, leadership pipelines, and succession planning.

Skills:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Proficiency in adult learning principles, instructional design, and learning methodologies.
  • Expertise in creating engaging digital learning solutions and managing LMS platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across organizational levels.
  • Ability to measure training effectiveness and adapt programs based on outcomes.
  • Familiarity with managing budgets and large-scale training programs.

Languages:

  • Fluency in English and Russian is required.
