Tech Lead

Responsibilities:

• Act as a tech leader for one of the business areas of a large e-commerce platform (thousands of orders per day, hundreds of thousands of SKUs, multi-category marketplace).
• Maintain close contact with the business analyst team, serving as the main internal expert and holder of technical knowledge regarding the direction, its operational features, technical, and functional limitations.
• Identify the optimal technical implementation method for new features.
• Act as the customer for tasks related to non-functional system requirements.

Requirements:

• Mandatory commercial software development experience of at least 3 years (as a backend developer in any popular stack) or as a systems analyst with deep technical knowledge.
• Practical experience with microservices architecture—design, implementation, and operation. Understanding its core principles.
• Understanding of REST API principles, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
• Proficiency in the domain area, understanding the principles, architecture, and development processes in e-commerce projects.
• High level of soft skills for working with stakeholders, ability to extract and convey technical information to business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Practical experience with:

• Golang, Ruby, Kafka, RabbitMQ, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
• ELK stack, Docker, Kubernetes, Keycloak.

Work Schedule:

• Full-time.
• Option to work remotely or at the Baku White City Office Building.
