Responsibilities:

Migration:

  • Lead the full migration process
  • Application and renewal of work/residence permits
  • Timely tracking of expiration dates and renewal deadlines
  • Preparation and submission of migration-related documentation
  • Ensure full legal compliance with local labor and migration regulations.
  • Maintain updated records of all expatriate employees and their legal status.
  • Serve as the key point of contact with authorities, legal partners, and government offices related to migration matters.

HR:

  • Manage day-to-day HR administration across the employee lifecycle
  • Drafting and processing employee contracts, orders, and amendments
  • Supporting the onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing leave requests, vacation calculations, and related orders
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation
  • Operate the EMAS system independently to input, update, and manage employee data.
  • Assist with internal HR reports and data tracking as needed.

Ideal candidate profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR operations or administration
  • Independent user of EMAS
  • Working knowledge of migration and expatriate procedures
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and time management
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Additional Preferences:

  • Previous experience supporting a multinational or expatriate workforce
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and HR best practices
