SAP Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• User’s roles and accesses risk assessment and authorization 
• Raising tasks in Solution management software, supporting in resolution of issues troubleshoot problems; and identify design needs.
• Maintain and update system documentation
• Ensure system security
• Conduct performance audits and system reviews
• Perform system fieldwork, gather data, and develop reports
• Support ERP implementation and post implementation activities

Essential Requirements:

• 1-3 years of work experience in SAP ERP system
• Good knowledge of SAP FI or MM SD modules and PM, FM, CO, BPC modules knowledge desirable
• Knowledge of Azeri and English (technical level is mandatory);
• Ability to work in a team
• Higher technical or economic education (in economics, computer science, information systems and other relevant fields)
• Stress tolerance
• Analytical approach to the technical solution of tasks
• Ability to complete tasks independently
• Functional Knowledge
• SAP ERP system knowledge 
• Knowledge in Finance and Accounting 
• Microsoft office, Power BI, Excel

• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with Contractors, Suppliers, co‐workers, outside agencies, business partners

• Proficient in the use of MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint
• Experience of working on site is beneficial
• Meeting tight deadlines
• Strong decision-making and problem solving skills
