Leading Specialist of Employee Performance Management Division
SOCAR Head Office is looking for Leading Specialist of Employee Performance Management Division.
Main job responsibilities are: 📌 Providing methodological support to stakeholders in setting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Employee Performance Management System; 📌 Designing and implementing performance evaluation systems, including performance measurement, semi-annual reviews, end-of-year assessments, and feedback mechanisms; 📌 Monitoring performance results, preparing reports and presentations reflecting performance management processes, and communicating evaluations to stakeholders; 📌 Developing and implementing strategies, policies, procedures, and processes related to Performance Management; 📌 Conducting awareness-raising activities, preparing content, and holding training sessions related to Performance Management; 📌 Monitoring target and competency evaluations; 📌 Implementing measures to enhance the performance culture within the company; 📌 Developing and implementing proposals for improving process quality.
Job requirements: - Higher education (BA/Master's degree with an emphasis in HR or management fields); - At least 4-5 years of professional experience in Performance Management or related fields; - Strong understanding of concepts and methodologies of performance management; - Comprehensive HR knowledge; - Awareness of current trends and best practices in performance management; - Strong verbal and written communication skills; - Excellence in Microsoft Office programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Power BI; - Analytical thinking; - Results-oriented; - Problem-solving skills; - Initiative and the ability to drive change; - Stakeholder management; - Business acumen; - International certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) are a plus. - Fluency in Azerbaijani and English.
