Head of Electrical Engineering

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Electrical Engineering at AGA Group located in Baku. The Head of Electrical Engineering will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the electrical engineering team, including overseeing the design, development, and implementation of electrical systems and equipment, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The Head of Electrical Engineering will also collaborate with other members of the AGA team on interdisciplinary projects.

Requirements:

• Expertise in Electrical Engineering and Electricity
• Experience in Power Systems
• Ability to manage and lead a team to achieve project goals and deadlines
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations
• Fluency in Azerbaijani and English required, knowledge of Russian is a plus
• Experience in a leadership role in the field of Electrical Engineering is preferred
