Job Responsibilities:
- Assists the Chief Human Resources Officer in the development and implementation of HR initiatives, policies, and procedures to align with overall business goals
- Oversees HR operations and ensures compliance with relevant labor laws, regulations, and internal policies;
- Manages the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding processes;
- Conducts regular audits to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of HR processes, systems, and data;
- Creates a positive work environment by enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction;
- Resolves employee concerns and conflicts by providing timely and fair solutions;
- Prepares HR reports and analytics to track key performance indicators;
- Stays informed about updates in labor legislation and HR best practices, ensuring compliance and implementing measures to mitigate potential risks;
- Executes additional tasks and projects as assigned by management, coordinating with relevant departments;
- Strictly adheres to health, safety, and environmental regulations to create a safe and healthy work environment for all team members;
- Monitors the team's performance management process, including setting goals and objectives and organizing performance evaluations.
What we want you to:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or a related field;
- 5-6 years of work experience in the related area;
- Good written and verbal communications skills in Azerbaijani and English, proficiency in Russian is preferred;
- Proficient in MS Office, with experience in working with HRIS / 1C / SAP being desirable;
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, principles, and employment law;
- Excellent communication and business relationship-building skills;
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities;
- Effective communication and collaboration with team members, and strong management skills to achieve departmental or divisional goals.
