Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager for Agromotors Azerbaijan, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in the agricultural sector. You will represent the John Deere brand, promote our products, and provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify sales opportunities.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide solutions through John Deere products and services.

Product Knowledge:

  • Stay up-to-date on the latest features and benefits of John Deere agricultural equipment.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of products to customers.

Sales Presentations:

  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations for clients to showcase the features and benefits of John Deere equipment.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Sales Negotiation:

  • Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
  • Work with customers to find mutually beneficial solutions.

Market Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing team on customer preferences and market demands.

Reporting:

  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agricultural equipment industry.
  • Strong understanding of the agricultural market and customer needs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Results-driven and self-motivated.
  • English and Russian Language

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 18:00.
