HR and administrative assistant

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR and admin assistant to support our HR and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment, employee records management, office administration, and day-to-day HR operations. The candidate must be willing to travel to other sites as needed.

  • Employment: Full-time
  • Reports to: HR Department
  • Travel requirement: Must be willing to travel to other sites as required.

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1+ years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing demands and priorities
  • Knowledge of languages (Azerbaijani and English)
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices is a plus.
  • 1C experience is preferable

Job responsibilities include, not limited to:

  • Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, leaves, etc.).
  • Handle administrative tasks, including office supplies management and coordination.
  • Maintain and update HR databases and employee files.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
  • Processes required paperwork for employee transfers, changes in job classification, salary increases, and other related employment matters.
  • Maintenance of vacation spreadsheet, follow up; calculation additional leaves as per experience, filling in and registration of sick leave certificates
  • Carry out tasks and projects assigned by management and prepare reports and analysis according to requirements;
