Senior ERP specialist

We are looking to hire a Senior ERP Specialist with strong organizational and analytical skills, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to optimize processes and workflows. The role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying and implementing improvements are essential for success in this position.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and participate in day-to-day ERP implementation, enhancement or support projects;
- Thoroughly understand business practices and procedures;
- Manage, track, and provide solutions to ERP system issues reported by end users;
- End-user support via telephone, e-mail, and/or face-to-face interaction;
- Training of users in system’s functions;
- Provide references for users by writing and maintaining user documentation and providing technical system support;
- Execute testing of software updates;
- Support in report creation through SQL Reporting Services;
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field, or equivalent experience;
- MS Excel, SQL;
- Experience working with an ERP is advantage;
- Russian and English languages are advantage;
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously;
- Ability to prioritise tasks and correctly define urgency;
- Working in a team and strong communication skills to interpret problems of other departments;
- Readiness to learn new programs as they are introduced and incorporated
Working Conditions:
- In accordance with the Labour Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
- Job Location: Baku, Heydar Aliyev International Airport area, separate modern building.
- Work Schedule: Full-time (5 days per week, from 9:00 to 18:00).
- Salary: 2000-2500 AZN (nett).
- The company daily provides free service transportations from/to different locations (such as, Koroglu m/s, Bakikhanov, Amirdjan, Mardakan, Bina, Surakhani and so on).
- Free parking for ones who uses personal cars.
