Project Manager

Location: Remote Job (Azerbaijan – Uzbekistan) ;

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team specializing in energetic and Energetic field sector, Power substation construction. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects within this specialized field. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and in adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining scope, goals, deliverables, resources required, budget, and timelines.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.

Risk Management:

• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project deliverables.
• Monitor and control project variables, including scope changes, schedule adjustments, and financial implications.

Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, milestones, and challenges.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement quality control measures to ensure work meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Conduct inspections and reviews to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.

Budget and Resource Management:

• Monitor project budgets and expenditures, ensuring projects are financially viable and profitable.
• Optimize resource allocation and utilization to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Team Leadership:

• Lead and motivate project teams, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve project goals.
• Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and accountability among project team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Proven experience (10 years) managing Energetic field sector, Power substation construction (110 kVA and more), demonstrating successful project delivery.
• In-depth knowledge of project management principles, techniques, and tools.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Fluent in Azerbaijani Russian and English Languages ;
• Advanced in MS office, AutoCad and etc. ;
