We are seeking a skilled Lawyer with expertise in corporate governance and commercial law to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal analysis and research on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, internal policies, and corporate documents.
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate governance, compliance, tax, labor, and securities law.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with legal and corporate governance requirements across the company.
- Oversee corporate governance processes, including board and shareholder-related matters.
- Represent the company in courts and before regulatory authorities.
- Manage the state registration of company charter changes and governing bodies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Sciences.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years as a lawyer (preferably in the financial sector).
- Legal Knowledge: Strong expertise in civil, commercial, tax, labor, and securities legislation.
- Corporate Governance: Understanding of corporate structures, regulatory compliance, and governance frameworks.
- Skills: Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
