Debt Collection Manager

Job duties:

• Verbal and written communication with late-paying customers;
• Debt settlement negotiations;
• Drawing up debt repayment plans;
• Processing and management of customer data;
• Preparing required reports;
• verifying payments made by custumers;
• Checking transport documents and payment terms;
• Other functions assigned to the manager.

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Excellent or very good knowledge of the English language;
• Similar work experience (advantage);
• Germany knowledge ( advantage);
• Very good communication and conflict management skills;
• Very good computer skills;
• Analytical thinking, thoroughness, attentiveness.
