About the role
We are looking for an experienced Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) professional to provide leadership and guidance implementing Bolt’s Integrated Management System within our Azerbaijani operations. Bolt is a fast-paced and exciting organisation and the role will be based within our Risk team, with the opportunity to make an impact to the organisation and be involved in many exciting projects. The Bolt products available in Azerbaijan \ include ride-hailing, micromobility (e-scooters) and Bolt Food.
Main Tasks and Responsabilities:

Working closely with operational leaders and operators across all product lines to ensure that Bolt’s OHS processes are appropriate and understood.

Preparing task-specific OHS instructions for workers and disseminating them.

Conducting risk assessments and audits of the workplace and identifying improvement actions.

Oversee incidents entered into Bolt’s incident management system and assist with investigations, reporting and auditing.

Prepares OHS training, maintains a training register and ensures regular re-training obligations are met.

Implementing and supporting Health, Safety and Environment Committees in various countries where Bolt operates.

Project manage delivery of assigned tasks within Bolt’s Risk and Safety strategy, including tracking and reporting on project progress.
About you:

You have a bachelor’s degree in health, safety, environment or other related fields.

You have excellent interpersonal skills that establish trust and effective working relationships.

You have strong communicating and influencing ability.

You have demonstrated understanding and application of Azerbaijani OHS legislation.

You have a professional level fluency in English and Azeri languages.
