IMC Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Be actively involved in proactive opportunities (such as PSE, Müneccim, Commodore) and work closely with the sales team through all phases of ongoing opportunities when needed,
• Transfer risks and/or concerns to the lead, business unit lead, relevant stakeholders, and support for resolution when deemed necessary for proactive capabilities.
• Studying and analyzing the technical nuances in the reports by reviewing the expert reports made by the Equipment Management or the service and providing feedback on improving the reports at the necessary points,
• Providing analytical support for collaboration with internal teams such as data analytics, information technology, business intelligence, and marketing. Provide support in problem-solving.
• Analysis of needs and direction of actions to the appropriate departments to increase the conversion rate of opportunities to sales departments.
• Creating the right technical solutions that create value for the client.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information technology or relevant field from the accredited university or at least 3 years of work experience as Engineering, Data Analytics or relevant role.
• Strong communication, analytical, leadership, and influencing skills and ability to operate independently.
• High level of competence in preparation and presentation.
• Strong data-entry skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Able to prioritize work, delegate, and meet deadlines.
• Positive "can do" attitude with a passion for customer service.
• Collaborative worker and teambuilding ability.
• Fluency in written and oral Azerbaijani, English. Proficiency in Turkish and Russian is preferred.
• Computer skills-user level (MS Office usage).
• Ability to travel on occasion.
