Planning Engineer

Bureau Veritas Azerbaijan LLC is looking for a planning engineer who develop and manage projects plans, a well as coordinate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the project are on track. 

Main Duties:

• Manage progress reporting against the programme.
• Operate change control in line with the project contract requirements.
• Recommend delivery and sequencing strategies to the Project Manager based on project knowledge.
• Recommend internal PROJECT Control process.
• Improvements and undertake quality checks. Providing client performance data and reports as required. 
• Responsible for controlling the project costs; this includes planning, developing, controlling and forecasting the project’s budget.
• Site survey to record the progress.
• Prepare inspection reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, or related field
• 5+ years’ experience in civil engineering or transportation planning
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong multitasking abilities.
• Good command of English.
• Primavera 6
