Office manager
Responsibilities:
- Directing incoming calls at appropriate times to appropriate people, taking relevant notes and delivering them to relevant people on time,
- Coordinates documents,
- Document flow management,
- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support,
- Ensure timely response to submitted requests,
Requirements:
- Higher education.
- Knowledge of business ethics, business correspondence.
- Knowledge of office programs, Document management.
- Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English or German languages.
- Good communication skills.
