Responsibilities:

  • Directing incoming calls at appropriate times to appropriate people, taking relevant notes and delivering them to relevant people on time,
  • Coordinates documents,
  • Document flow management,
  • Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a productive and welcoming work environment.
  • Provide full administrative and secretarial support,
  • Ensure timely response to submitted requests,

Requirements:

  • Higher education.
  • Knowledge of business ethics, business correspondence.
  • Knowledge of office programs, Document management.
  • Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English or German languages.
  • Good communication skills.
