Activation Manager
In this role you will be responsible for:
Drive Country business sales via:
- Leadership of creative materials localization and transreation (translation+creation) for TV, POS and digital;
- Activation of the hub's brand growth events locally on time and with excellence in execution using relevant channels: incl TV, digital, in-store and direct to consumer;
- Management of country product portfolio, including product launches, renovations, product stops, price management, etc - while keeping it relevant for local consumers and sustainable and profitable for the company. Includes leadership of product packaging adaptations on local languages together with regulatory department;
- Analysis of brands and country performance with next steps proposal;
- Local Advertising and Promotion budget management;
- Cooperation with local, regional x functional teams (sales, operations, etc) to drive synergy and deliver NS growth;
- Demonstrate Danone behavior.
We are looking for you if you have:
- Higher education (Marketing/Economics/Management).
- Experience within Brand Management and Sales (both mandatory) - not less than 1 year.
- Knowledge of English on the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Good command of MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel).
- Action Oriented.
- Drives results.
- Critical thinking.
- Good analytical skills: qualified level.
