Sales Support Specialist

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering Faculties or Business Administration Departments
• 0-2 years experience in a similar position,
• Excellent knowledge of Russian and English,
• Good command of MS Office Applications,
• Exceptional presentation skills,
• Strong communication, relationship building, co-ordination skills,
• Self motivated and team oriented,
• Ability to learn quickly and get things-done attitude.
• Detail oriented with profound time management and planning skills,
• No restriction for travelling,
• Completion of military service for male candidates,

Job description:

• Report to Sales manager
• Support whole sales support process including handling offer and order processing, preparation of export documents, following payments, following credit notes and commissions with logistics and finance departments and sales team on the ground
• Maintain proper communication with all business partners (other EagleBurgmann subsidiaries and assigned agents in the area)
• Ensure marketing activities are effectively introduced to local sales team accordingly end users
• Follow-up customer claims and quality documentation
• Prepare sales statistical reports as well as datas on regular basis
