Merchendiser (Electronics)

Description:

• Monitor and enforce merchandising standards in accordance with company guidelines.
• Regularly inspect product displays, signage, and promotional materials to ensure they align with established standards.
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to develop and implement visual merchandising strategies.
• Conduct regular audits to assess the effectiveness of visual displays.
• Work closely with store management to address any merchandising issues and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness within the merchandise areas.
• Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Stay updated on the latest technology trends to effectively merchandise new products.
• Participate in training sessions related to visual merchandising standards.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in an electronics retail setting.
• Strong knowledge of consumer electronics and the ability to convey technical information to customers.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of design and aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent. A relevant degree is a plus.
• Must be able to stand, bend, and lift heavy items.

Language Skills:

• Proficiency in Azerbaijani is required.
• Knowledge of Russian or English is preferred.
