Leading procurement specialist
Job responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying prospective suppliers;
- Purchase of materials and equipment for production;
- Evaluate and negotiate contracts with vendors;
- Preparing proposals, requesting quotes, and negotiating purchase terms and conditions;
- Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements;
- Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns;
- Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings;
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian languages, upper-intermediate level of spoken and written English language;
- More than 3 years of experience in the related field;
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills;
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Proficient in MS Office and 1C programs.
Work conditions:
- Work graphic: 5 days a week, from 08:00 to 17:00
