Administrative specialist
Job description:
- Service provision : Responsible for administrative service requirements management, organize relevant resources, and provide administrative services with good quality (including office space, vehicles, meals, staff apartment, safety, health, communication, etc.)
- Assets and expense: Responsible for asset and expense management, yearly administrative budgeting making and execution monitoring, reasonable cost control and assets safety
- External relationship maintenance: Responsible for dealing with the external affairs related administrative service and the establishment and maintenance of the relationship between external resources (such as visas, security, etc.)
- Procurement process compliance: Participate in local administrative procurement (including procurement of supplies and services) as the team member of the procurement committee to ensure compliance with the procurement process;
- Policy localization: Based on local characteristics, considering the requirements from HQ and the region, optimize the relevant administrative policy standards and procedures, internal control and IT tools.
Job requirements:
- High education;
- More than 3 years of Administrative work experience
- Fluency in English, Azeri, Russian, good knowledge of Chinese is an advantage;
- Proficiency in PC usage (MS Office applications);
- Capability and willingness to take responsibility, to act independently and highly developed sense of rectitude;
- Loyalty towards the mission of the organization.
