HR Specialist

Location: Baku City, Office-Based

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee records
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Handle payroll, benefits, and employee relations
  • Oversee training, development, and performance management
  • Promote a positive work culture and resolve workplace issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and build HR functions from the ground up
