Human Resources Manager for Project
We are a company specializing in the construction of power plants, and we are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team for an ongoing project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all HR functions for the project.
- Lead the recruitment and selection process for project staff across various roles.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and project teams.
- Address employee relations issues and maintain a productive work environment.
- Oversee employee performance, conduct appraisals, and support professional development.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety standards, and company policies.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to meet project needs.
- To calculate payroll for project employees.
- To be ready for business trips to the Gobustan and Khizi areas.
- To work according to the project's and client's policies and demands.
- To address all HR-related issues during the audit.
- Also, provide support with international recruitment, sourcing employees from the global market, and, if necessary, conduct headhunting.
- Possess a large network of connections and be an expert user of LinkedIn.
- Additionally, have strong networking skills and knowledge of other recruitment tools.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, preferably in construction or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- At least 10 years of experience in HR is required.
- Previous experience in large-scale construction projects is highly desirable.
