Job dimensions:

Absheron Early Production Scheme (EPS) is an early development phase to target a first gas production in 2023.

The Full Field Development will be envisaged depending on the results of EPS well ABD001. New potential project (like phase 1) will be in the scope of work.

JOCAP Joint Operating Company of Absheron Petroleum is a new Company created in March 2018, which is the Operator of Absheron from August 2018.

Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.

Activities:

The job holder main responsibilities are to assist the JOCAP Management Team in those domains:

  • Write, review, or execute plans for testing new or established document management systems.
  • Analyze, interpret, or disseminate system performance data.
  • Propose recommendations for improving content management system capabilities.
  • Document technical functions and specifications for new or proposed content management systems.
  • Develop, document, or maintain standards, best practices, or system usage procedures.
  • Participate in monitoring regulatory activity to maintain compliance with records and document management laws.
  • Keep abreast of developments in document management by reviewing current literature, talking with colleagues, participating in educational programs, attending meetings or workshops, or participating in professional organizations or webinars.
  • Prepare support documentation and training materials for end users of document management systems.
  • Prepare and record changes to official documents and confirm changes with legal and compliance management staff.
  • Exercise security surveillance over document processing, reproduction, distribution, storage, or archiving.
  • Conduct needs assessments to identify document management requirements of departments or end users.
  • Assist in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval.
  • Assist in the assessment, acquisition, or deployment of new electronic document management systems.
  • Assist in determining document management policies to facilitate efficient, legal, and secure access to electronic content.

HSE responsibilities:

  • Comply with the Activities described within the HSE Management System.
  • Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts at work.
  • Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task.
  • Exercise such caution as is necessary to avoid danger to persons and installations or to avoid pollution.
  • Report any anomaly, abnormal conditions and near miss to supervisor.
  • Participate actively in or lead when required HSE meetings, safety talks, tool boxes, training sessions and drills.
  • Leader in the execution of the HSE plans.
  • Authority to suspend activities when there is a potential or actual threat to human life, the installation or the environment, and notify forthwith the responsible supervisor.

Context / Environment:

  • Multicultural context with documents in different languages, mainly Azeri or English.

Accountabilities:

A: Minor or occasional – B: Important or frequent – C: Essential or regular.

Detailed activities:

  • In collaboration with overall departments, develop the document management plan and update it as needed.  -  C
  • Manage organizational documentation through the document life cycle.  -  C
  • Maintain organizational documents and the document management system.  -  C
  • Identify and investigate the need for documents of various types.  -  C
  • Ensure that organizational documents go through a documented and approved review-and-approval process before being stored.  -  C
  • Ensure that internal controls are in place and are functional.  -  C
  • Ensure the security, accessibility, and proper distribution of organizational documents.  -  C
  • Help develop and enforce documentation design, review, and storage guidelines.  -  C
  • With the IT manager, assign/approve user privileges.  -  A
  • Plan and conduct meetings and presentations related to document management.  -  B

Qualifications / Experience / Skills:

  • Fluent in English and Azeri.
  • Computer skills: SAP, Sharepoint, Microsoft Office 2013+.

  • Rigorous, efficient verbal and written communication.
