Job dimensions / Context:
- JOCAP is a non-profit Joint Operating Company established in 2018 and equally owned by partners SOCAR Absheron (SOA) 50% and TotalEnergies EP Absheron B.V. (TEPAb) 50% for the development and production of the Absheron Offshore Block.
- The Absheron block is located offshore Azerbaijan in the Caspian Sea, about 100km southeast of Baku and 33km south of Oil Rocks production and processing facilities, at the water depth of 500m.
- The Absheron Full Field Development is completing Conceptual study in 3Q2023 with transition into Pre-FEED.
- The project comprises 3 subsea wells, long subsea tie-back to shore and gas processing at new Greenfield treatment facilities. There are multiple 3rd party interfaces in the Project which require contiuous and proactive engagement, alignment, and follow up.
- Absheron development reference agreements are PSA, JOA and addendums.

FFD Study Duration: 7 months Pre-FEED, + 12 months FEED
Activities / Accountabilities:
- JOCAP is planning to perform pre-FEED and FEED to further develop the Absheron field with drilling of additional wells, installation of an export pipeline to shore (Sangachal area), and construction of a processing facility in Sangachal area.
- The Document Controller will be in charge of the Information Management with new PRODOM software throughout the pre- FEED/FEED stage of the Absheron FFD phase.
The deliverables of the mission are :
- Implementing, modifying and maintaining the structure/system in new PRODOM in order to manage all flows of documents;
- Organizing the structure of documents storage/archiving in new PRODOM ;
- Creating and maintaining required registers in new PRODOM ;
- Performing constant analysis of Contractor’s produced documentation to check the compliance with company standards regarding numbering, graphic charts, symbols and all others aspect related to document quality;
- Monitoring and reporting on contractor document submissions dates planned/actual and % complete;
- Providing Project Management with all relevant information required for weekly/monthly project reporting;
- Registration and integration of contractor-received documents, transmittal sheets, definition and launch of review work- flows (maintenance a distribution matrix for this);
- Controlling the conformity of contractor-issued documents/comments on the conformity and rejecting documents when obliged to do so;
- Providing support in the use of EDMS (new PRODOM) to the work package team;
- Perfecting knowledge of procedures and specifications and suggesting improvements
- Carrying out any other duties or tasks that may be assigned by hierarchical superiors.

HSE responsibilities:

Qualifications / Experience:
- Document Controller with a strong experience in EDMS specifically PRODOM Documentum software
- Previous experience in oil and gas projects environment in similar position and used to work in a multinational with at least 4 years’ experience
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) with sound communication skills.
- Good University Degree from a recognized University
- Good team spirit, communication and reporting skills, well organized, diligent, confidentiality and initiative
