Human Resources Intern
Location: Head Office
Department: Human Resources
Reports to: Head of Human Resources
Receives work assignments: Head of Human Resources
Inside of company: All Departments
Outside of company: All Parties
Requirements:
- Education: High Education
- Experience: Minimum 3 month of relevant experience
- Language: Azeri, Russian, English (all fluent)
- Computer skills: Good computer literacy (MS Office)
Professional/Personal skills:
- Good problem solving and organization skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good communication skills
- Good decision-making skills.
- Should be able to work as a team member
- Able to meet deadlines along with working under pressure.
Job Description:
- Timely issue of documents related to employment, transfer to another position, dismissal of employees in full compliance with the labor law;
- Issue of orders on personnel, vacations, development of internal HR forms, issue of other documents;
- Gathering payroll data like working hours, leaves and bank accounts
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Ensuring compulsory insurance of employees
- The candidate will act as an assistant in doing the mentioned job descriptions
