Leading Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen qualified candidates using various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings;
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
  • The preparation of job descriptions and job postings;
  • Conduct reference and background checks as needed;
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of recruiting services;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and top-quality candidates for open positions;
  • Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
  • Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources;
  • More than 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a lead role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong Azerbaijan and English language skills, proficiency in Russian is a plus;
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
