Leading Talent Acquisition Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Source and screen qualified candidates using various recruiting techniques, including job boards, social media, and referrals;
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future job openings;
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers;
- The preparation of job descriptions and job postings;
- Conduct reference and background checks as needed;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure timely delivery of recruiting services;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations;
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse and top-quality candidates for open positions;
- Develop and maintain recruiting metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
- Ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and aligned with the organization's business objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in the field of Human Resources;
- More than 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a lead role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong Azerbaijan and English language skills, proficiency in Russian is a plus;
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and other HR technology tools.
