Roadfreight Supervisor

Contract Duration: 1 year
Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 
Location: Baku, Azerbaijan.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage and develop a qualified team along as a support to Roadfreight Manager
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of road freight, including planning, dispatching, and tracking of vehicles. Ensure that all road freight operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements. 
• Develop efficient routes to minimize costs and transit times while maximizing load capacity..
• Monitor operational costs, as well as profit and successful rates. Implement strategies to reduce expenses and improve efficiency.
• Quickly address and resolve any issues that arise during transit, including delays, accidents, and customer complaints. Implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 5 years in the Logistics.
• Relevant Certificates in Logistics

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree  in International business, Logistics or Economics.
