HR Manager
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee all HR functions and staff;
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
- Ensure accurate and secure management of employee data, including personnel files, HRIS records, and other HR-related documentation;
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations employee leaves, such as vacation time, sick leave, parental leave, and other types of authorized absences;
- Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations across different locations;
- Develop and implement company’s policies and programs;
- Communicate within the team and train employees on HR policies and procedures;
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
- Drive Talent Management, Learning & Development and Reword agenda though defined HR Performance metrics
- Report on the performance and progress of an HR metrics to senior stakeholders;
- Direct change management and organizational development
Requirements:
- University Degree in HR, Business Administration and related areas;
- More than 7 years of experience in a senior leadership role preferably within food and beverage manufacturing or other related areas;
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and related regulations and best HR practices;
- Excellent command of English is disairable;
- Strong Leadership & People Management skills;
- Problem Solving skills;
- Strong strategic skills and the ability to act as a visionary for a company;
- Strong leadership qualities to lead an HR team and fulfil an executive function;
