Director Assistant
Main Duties:
- To provide support to the Director in delivering overall strategic objectives.
- Conducting business correspondence and negotiations,organization of meetings and monitoring of work;
- Make the necessary preparation of negotiations, meetings held by the director of the company (including the collection of necessary materials and informing the participants about the date, place and agenda of the meeting);
- To provide administrative services, including prioritizing emails for Director
- Collection, placement and registration of relevant documents
- Ensuring the director's daily working day plan;
- Keeping and monitoring of diary task, To manage Director’ calendars and set up meetings.
- Conducting intra-company, domestic and international correspondence based on the corporate correspondence ethics defined by the company;
- Supplying the technical activities of the director of the company (ordering transport, ordering tickets, preparing travel itineraries, organizing meetings, etc.);
- Preparation of necessary reports and submission to the director
- Any other duties commensurate with the accountabilities of the post.
Skills and Qualifications:
- 2-3 years minimum related experience working in the similar position
- Higher education on Business or Business Management
- Fluency in Azeri and Turkish, proficiency in English, any additional language is preferable.
- Strong Communication skills (verbal, listening, writing).
- Attention to details.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet multiple tight deadlines.
- Flexible and possess initiative to see all assignments and projects through to completion unsupervised.
- Proficient computer skills are required.
