Business analyst for WMS implementation

Functional responsibilities:

• Participation in projects to implement a warehouse logistics automation system (WMS system);
• Conducting presentations on the capabilities of systems for potential clients;
• Preparing and conducting training for customer users;
• Preparation and testing of systems, modules and modifications for the Customer;
• Participation in the development of design and user documentation: technical specifications, design settings, instructions for users and more;
• Customer support during the launch and after the launch of projects;
• Testing and presentation of solutions for customer technical specialists.

Requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Experience in communicating with end users;
• At least 2 years of experience in the field of information technology as an implementation consultant;
• Experience in warehouse logistics ;
• Experience in implementing WMS class products;
• Ability to implement and develop new IT technologies and trends in warehouse logistics (Wi Fi, RF, RFID, Pick by Voice, Pick to Light, etc.);
• Focus on development and rapid mastery of a new subject area (warehouse logistics), as a result, becoming a true professional and expert in it;
• Ability to work under strict time constraints according to technical specifications, both alone and in a team;
• Desire for development, quick learner, willingness to business trip.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of the basics of MS SQL Server 2005-2019
• Strong organizational skills to manage project documentation, track progress, and maintain project records.

Requirements and skills:

• 5-10 years of Business Systems Analysis experience
• Basic SQL query skills and strong familiarity navigating database structures and integration design documentation
• Excellent Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to the details.
• Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with a wide spectrum of people including senior leaders, customers and people across geographies.
• Excellent time management and organization skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication.
