Skin Care & Wellness Sales Manager

Status: Regular full time

Location: Oriflame Azerbaijan Country Office, AZ1005, Baku, Azerbaijan ave.14

Key responsibilities:

The responsibility of this role captures an array of sales and field management related areas, including Skin Care & Wellness categories selling development, strategy following, developing activities and programs, sales force training and educating, business-communication, field activities, leadership development, competitor analysis and other sales initiatives.  

Characteristics:

Skin Care & Wellness Sales  Manager must combine sales & communication experience. The person preferably should have experience in field management and communication with customers and partners. Position requires cooperation with many stakeholders to prepare and execute relevant plans. Strong communication, public speaking and analytical skills are required.  A lot of field work will be required.

Qualification & Experience:

• University degree Bachelor or Master 
• Previous career within sales, sales support or marketing is preferred
• User experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
• Fluent in Azerbaijani and Russian
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent communication skills
• Public-speaking skills.
