Responsible for cultivating and nurturing strategic relationships with corporate clients to drive business expansion and enhance client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring portfolio growth as a result of increased product sales, profitability and customer satisfaction;
  • Extending customer relationships and optimizing existing portfolio, attracting new jobs;
  • Increase the level of cooperation with the customer and the share of the company;
  • Building high-level relationships with existing customers in the portfolio;
  • Participate in a variety of events that will increase the brand and reputation of the company;
  • Takes the necessary measures to ensure that customer requests are met in a timely, accurate and quality manner;
  • Maintain the confidentiality of the company and customers' information;
  • If the customer applies for a loan or other company product, they will conduct the initial financial analysis of their business and prepare proposals that comply with the rules and regulations;
  • Identify the risk factors that arise in the business process on time and take the necessary steps;
  • Perform other oral and written tasks directly given by his superior.

Requirements:

  • Higher education in Finance, Economy;
  • At least 2-3 years of business experience in the field (field experience gained in the investment services sector counts as an advantage);
  • Information about investment company activities;
  • License/Certification: CFA (1 or 2 degrees) (counts as an advantage);
  • Ability to work freely in Azerbaijan, Russian and English: professional business communications, documentation and correspondence;
  • Ability to use MS Office;
  • Market information: Financial and Capital markets;
  • Having diplomatic communication;
  • Efficient and effective time management;
  • Powerful organization and multitasking skills.
