HR Business Partner
Role Synopsis:
The HR Business Partner will play a pivotal role in our company's growth trajectory by spearheading the recruitment of seasoned professionals for our expanding projects. Reporting directly to the HR Director, HRBP will leverage his/her expertise in international recruitment and HR business support to ensure the successful acquisition and integration of top talents.v
Key Accountabilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for local and international recruitment.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talents, leveraging various channels such as online platforms, industry networks, and recruitment agencies.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, reference checks, and skills evaluations, to ensure the selection of highly qualified professionals.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and department heads to understand business objectives, and staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
- Provide HR support to senior management, offering insights and recommendations on workforce planning and talent management.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the management team, offering guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to foster a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Handle employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution, in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Support the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and effective integration into the organization.
Required skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Relevant certifications (SHRM-SCP, HRCI-SPHRi, CIPD Level 5) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a senior or leadership role. This experience should include sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates across various levels and departments.
- Familiarity with the specific industry or industries in which the company operates. Understanding the market, trends, and competition can help in effectively targeting and attracting top talents.
- Proficiency in developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet the organization's hiring needs. This includes using various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
- Proven experience in recruiting international professionals, with a strong network of industry contacts and expertise in sourcing top talent.
- Demonstrated success in providing HR support to senior level management, with a focus on strategic workforce planning and organizational development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and solutions- oriented approach to HR challenges.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other relevant software applications.
- Excellent command of Azerbaijani and English languages.
