Quality Specialist
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle and document incoming calls via our call center system in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports related to client incidents, complaints and risks.
- Support the Quality team in tracking and categorizing feedback for process improvement.
- During high season, help manage and distribute incoming B2C requests to relevant departments.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Fluent in Azerbaijani, Russian, and English – both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and meet deadlines.
- A proactive and client-oriented approach.
