Visa Coordinator

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide the client with advice and guidance on how to obtain the required documentation to travel internationally.
  • Oversee the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time limit set by the government.
  • Helping clients in gathering and submitting the required documents.
  • Reviewing the submitted documents
  • Keeping up to date with the industry changes and any alterations to the immigration/visa laws
  • Maintaining an accurate record and invoices for the services provided
  • Submitting documents to the respective authorities on behalf of clients
  • Keeping clients up to date with their immigration/visa status and communicating any foreseeable delays
  • Handling on-ground requests

Qualifications and Education Requirements:

  • Higher education
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Proficient user of MS Office
  • Good in communication in English, Azerbaijani, and Russian languages, written and verbal.
  • Good time management, organizational and social skills
  • Self-motivation and organizational skills and the ability to take initiatives
  • Highly responsible & reliable 
  • Ability to work independently
  • To be flexibility and adaptability
